A leading professional services firm, who are renowned for their innovation and forward thinking approach, are looking for an Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer to join on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Working as part of the wider HR department, this role provides high level support to the CPO and Heads of Department across HR. Responsibilities include:
- Developing strong relationships with C-level, Board and other departments
- Extensive diary management
- Managing administration
- Research
- Handling confidential data
- Preparing spreadsheets, reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Employee lifecycle including induction and leaver processes
- Supporting with recruitment
- Managing and analysing data for business cases
- Dealing with international projects and working with specialist teams
Job Requirements
You will have previous EA experience within an international professional services environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to operate with very senior stakeholders in a varied role. You will be highly organised, commercially aware, have strong interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.
