An award winning global law firm, with a great reputation are looking for a Graduate Development Advisor to join their team on a 12 to 14 month FTC.
About the Role
Working as part of the wider HR team, this role offers support to the trainee population. Responsibilities include:
Act as first point of contact for trainees on the full spectrum of employee lifecycle matters
Maintain relationships with future/current trainees
Manage seat allocations and resourcing matters
Support the onboarding and appraisal processes for trainees and contribute to performance management and coaching
Coordinate skills training
Manage SQE processes
Support on mobility matters and secondments
Job Requirements
You will have previous HR advisory and development experience supporting graduates and have worked in professional services. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and develop in a highly collaborative team.
