Graduate Development Advisor Contract Full Time

About the Company 

An award winning global law firm, with a great reputation are looking for a Graduate Development Advisor to join their team on a 12 to 14 month FTC. 

About the Role 

Working as part of the wider HR team, this role offers support to the trainee population. Responsibilities include: 

• Act as first point of contact for trainees on the full spectrum of employee lifecycle matters 
• Maintain relationships with future/current trainees 
• Manage seat allocations and resourcing matters 
• Support the onboarding and appraisal processes for trainees and contribute to performance management and coaching 
• Coordinate skills training  
• Manage SQE processes  
• Support on mobility matters and secondments 

Job Requirements 

You will have previous HR advisory and development experience supporting graduates and have worked in professional services. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and develop in a highly collaborative team.
