My client a growing and forward thinking professional services firm are looking for a new Head of Talent to build and implement an innovative talent and development strategy.
About the Role
A newly created role, this is a great opportunity to join and build something special. Working closely with the Managing Partner and Head of HR, responsibilities will include:
Designing a strategy
Building a Leadership Development programme
Embedding a competency framework
Delivering tools for Managers and individuals to assess progress
Change management, ensuring diversity and inclusion is at the core
Partner with key 3rd party organisations
Report and present metrics on development, diversity and inclusion in line with the business agenda
You will have solid experience of talent and learning with exposure to diversity and inclusion. Experience of designing and developing behavioural assessment and leadership development programmes is key. Exposure to working with senior management and being able to influence change is crucial.
