A leading international law firm, with one of the largest global footprints are looking for a HR Advisor on a fixed term contract basis.
About the Role
Working as part of the wider HR generalist team, this is a full generalist role offering support to an international fee earning population. Responsibilities include:
Managing employee relations
Performance management and coaching line managers
HR reporting and providing analytics for the Partners/Board
Assisting with recruitment and hiring needs
Support on international mobility, visas and secondments
Coordinating salary review process
Monitoring career development
Managing projects and working with specialist teams
You will have previous HR advisory experience and have worked in a law firm or professional services environment. You will be highly organised, happy with working with systems and have strong attention to detail.
