About the Role:
Working in a team of three, this is a full generalist role working closely with the Head of HR to ensure all people strategy is delivered effectively. Duties will include implementing policies and procedures, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, recruitment and projects with systems support.
Job Requirements:
This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid generalist background who is happy to have a broad remit and keen to learn a lot. You will be capable of working at all levels, be organised and have strong attention to detail. Candidates must be readily available (2 week’s notice).
