About the Role:
This is a standalone role, establishing a people strategy in line with the business growth including policies and procedures, talent acquisition and development, advise on legislation, design onboarding/offboarding, review systems and oversee payroll.
Job Requirements:
You will have previous experience of working in a standalone role and within professional services. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and in a senior HR role is essential. This is a great opportunity to create a HR function with your own mark.
