An award-winning global law firm are looking to hire a HR Specialist – Data & Reporting to work closely with the HR operations and systems teams to drive efficiency across the reporting function.
About the Role
The role will entail:
Design and develop reporting tools in collaboration with other teams
Create and manage projects end to end, including timelines, change and testing
Review and analyse data in line with the business needs
Manage relationships with stakeholders
Create efficiencies within the reporting function
Act as subject matter expert on people data and educate stakeholders
The successful candidate will have prior experience with people data reporting in a professional services environment and excellent communication skills. Previous experience using Power BI, Click, or Tableau will be a strong asset and the ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can drive process improvements.
