A leading international law firm with a strong reputation and supportive culture are looking for a Partner Recruitment Assistant on a permanent basis in a newly created role.
About the Role
Working as part of the wider HR team, the role will take the lead on end-to-end recruitment coordination for partner level hires globally. Responsibilities include:
Interview coordination and taking feedback
Coordinating onboarding both locally and internationally
Managing relationships with partners and stakeholders and key external agencies
Acting as first point of contact with senior candidates
Keeping systems up to date
Market mapping
Process invoices
Collate data to analyse for diversity, equality and inclusion
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a professional services environment with exposure to Partners. Previous in-house or agency recruitment experience is ideal and excellent interpersonal skills. This role will suit a self-starter with a proven ability to manage administration and work in a fast paced environment.
