About the Role
Working alongside the wider recruitment team, this role provides recruitment coordination across a range of areas end to end.
Duties include:
- Planning, logistics and coordination of interviews
- Prepare materials and documentation
- Diary management
- Provide interview feedback
- Work with recruitment agencies
- Take minutes on interviews
- Improve processes
- Manage the ATS and ensure data efficient
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a HR administration or recruitment role ideally within professional services and exposure of senior stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
