Reward & Benefits Advisor Contract Full Time

About the Company 

An award winning law firm with an international presence are looking to hire a Benefits & Reward Advisor to work as part of the wider HR team on 12 to 18 month FTC. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to take a step up! 

About the Role 

The role will entail: 

• Act as the first point of contact on benefit queries and provide advice on various programs 
• Support with annual salary and bonus review 
• Manage the benefits platform, including advising on design 
• Work with partners on benefits matters 
• Manage relationships with third party vendors  
• Salary and benefit benchmarking 
• Work on reward related projects 

Job Requirements 

The successful candidate will have experience of working with payroll and benefits in either a HR or specialist role in a law firm or professional services environment. Strong attention to detail and experience with data analytics are required.
