About the Role
The role will entail:
Act as the first point of contact on benefit queries and provide advice on various programs
Support with annual salary and bonus review
Manage the benefits platform, including advising on design
Work with partners on benefits matters
Manage relationships with third party vendors
Salary and benefit benchmarking
Work on reward related projects
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience of working with payroll and benefits in either a HR or specialist role in a law firm or professional services environment. Strong attention to detail and experience with data analytics are required.
