An award winning international law firm, with a fantastic reputation, are seeking a HR Manager for a newly created role on an initial 8-12 month contract basis.
About the Role
This is a broad generalist role offering scope and exposure, partnering with a key client group whilst supporting the needs of the business. Duties include:
Managing relationships with internal stakeholders including Partners
Recruitment and future resourcing
Working on employee relations matters
Coaching managers
Performance and Talent management
Review and present metrics
Champion best practice
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a management role and some generalist HR exposure working within a law firm/professional services. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and managing complex situations is essential.
