An award winning global law firm, with a great reputation are looking for a Senior Graduate Development Advisor on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Working as part of the wider graduate team, this is a learning and development role offering support to the trainee population. Responsibilities include:
- Design and deliver training programmes
- Lead on the induction of trainees and apprentices
- Oversee the implementation of the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE)
- Manage the development budget
- Review seat rotations
- Work with external suppliers
- Coordinate skills training
- Monitor SRA regulations
- Support with vacation schemes and law fairs
Job Requirements
You will have previous development experience supporting graduates and have worked in professional services, preferably within a law firm. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and develop in a client facing role. You will be highly organised, happy with working with systems and have strong attention to detail.
