My client, a growing and collaborative international law firm, are looking for a Learning & Development Lead to design and implement an innovative learning and development strategy.
About the Role
A newly created role, this is a great opportunity to join and lead a global project. Working closely with the Head of Talent, responsibilities will include:
Designing a strategy
Collaborating with senior stakeholders to build the brand of the program
Establishing relationships with global client groups
Creating content that addresses global needs
Delivering sessions and coaching other facilitators
Designing and reporting metrics to measure ROI
Job Requirements
You will have significant learning and development experience within a professional services or law firm environment, including experience designing and facilitating programmes. Experience developing learning solutions with a global view is key. Exposure to working with senior management and being able to influence change is crucial.
