My client, a growing and collaborative international law firm, are looking for a Learning & Development Lead to design and implement an innovative learning and development strategy.
About the Role
A newly created role, this is a great opportunity to join and lead a global project. Working closely with the Head of Talent, responsibilities will include:
- Designing a strategy
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to build the brand of the program
- Establishing relationships with global client groups
- Creating content that addresses global needs
- Delivering sessions and coaching other facilitators
- Designing and reporting metrics to measure ROI
Job Requirements
You will have significant learning and development experience within a professional services or law firm environment, including experience designing and facilitating programmes. Experience developing learning solutions with a global view is key. Exposure to working with senior management and being able to influence change is crucial.
