An award winning international law firm, with a strong reputation, are looking for a Recruitment and Resourcing Manager on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Working as part of the wider HR team, this role has international scope and will take the lead on recruitment and resource management across both business services and fee earning groups. Responsibilities include:
Manage relationships with key Partners and stakeholders
Collaborate with HR teams on resourcing needs, work allocation and talent pooling
Develop innovative attraction strategies and manage processes for fee earning and business support recruitment
Build relationships with internal and external partners
Work closely with internal stakeholders to share best practices
Job Requirements
You will have previous resource and recruitment management experience, developed in professional services. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated strong commercial awareness and have a strategic mindset.
