An award winning international law firm are looking to hire a Reward Manager to lead the team and work closely with the business to deliver the reward strategy and influence employee engagement and satisfaction.
About the Role
The role will entail:
Champion the firm’s reward strategy
Manage the annual salary review process including benchmarking, bonus reviews and reports
Liaise with third party providers
Budget management
Manage diversity and pay gap reporting
Produce compensation reports for management
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience of end to end reward and compensation cycles, and managing people in an international setting. Excellent analytics and data reporting experience is also required.
