About the Role
This is a broad generalist role offering scope and exposure, partnering with key fee-earning groups, and will also involve exciting project work. Duties include:
Managing relationships with internal stakeholders including Partners
Performance and Talent management matters, including coaching managers
Managing employee relations matters
Supporting on mobility matters
Overseeing recruitment and future resourcing
Champion best practice
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working across generalist HR matters within a law firm or professional services environment. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and managing complex situations is essential.
