About the Role
This is a broad generalist role offering scope and exposure, partnering with key fee-earning groups, and will also involve exciting project work. Duties include:
- Managing relationships with internal stakeholders including Partners
- Performance and Talent management matters, including coaching managers
- Managing employee relations matters
- Supporting on mobility matters
- Overseeing recruitment and future resourcing
- Champion best practice
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working across generalist HR matters within a law firm or professional services environment. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and managing complex situations is essential.
