About the Role
This is a broad role offering global scope and the opportunity to lead on projects. Duties include:
Design & delivery of professional skills programmes
Supporting with the implementation of the L&D strategy
Managing sessions and workshops
Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify development needs
Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Leading projects
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working a learning and development role ideally within a law firm or professional services with experience of both design and delivery. Experience of working internationally is also an asset.
