An award-winning leading law firm are seeking an Early Careers Assistant to join their hard working and collegial team on a 18 month fixed term contract basis.
About the Role
This role provides early careers support across a range of areas. Duties include:
Planning, logistics and coordination of campus events
Assisting with applications and updating candidates
Schedule programmes and manage calendar
Coordinating and running assessment centres
Act as first point of contact for applicants and students
Manage the Campus Ambassador programme and relationships with universities
Work with external societies
Manage internship programmes
Submit expenses
Ad-hoc administration
Job Requirements
You will be educated to degree level and have a demonstrated interest in graduate recruitment and prior experience in a professional services environment. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
