A dynamic international consultancy with a great team are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator on a permanent basis, for a newly created role.
About the Role
Working alongside the Senior Recruitment Manager and team, this role provides coverage across both graduate and lateral recruitment.
Duties include:
Coordinating graduate recruitment
Attending career fairs
Assisting with assessment centres
End to end recruitment support
Planning, logistics and coordination of interviews
Manage social media and marketing campaigns
Prepare materials and documentation
Provide interview feedback
Work with recruitment agencies
Drive process improvement
System and data management
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a graduate recruitment or recruitment role ideally within professional services and exposure of senior stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential and experience of working with an ATS highly desired.
