This leading international law firm is looking for a Senior Trainee Recruitment Adviser to join their team of Early Careers professionals.
The role will work with the Graduate Recruitment Manager and the wider Trainee Recruitment and Development team, as well as support the development of the Coordinators. The team is looking for the successful candidate to deliver an effective and integrated attraction strategy and recruitment process to result in the hiring of the best trainee solicitors and vacation scheme attendees from the widest and most diverse pool.
Managing the recruitment and assessment process, you will help to design the application processes, including management of materials, making screening decisions, and conducting HR interviews. You will oversee the offer process, manage intake numbers and start dates and ensure the candidate experience is seamless. Taking the lead with vacation schemes (Winter, Spring, 2x Summer), the aim is to ensure a broad and diverse cohort of candidates who will become Associates of the future.
A visible and pro active role that will see you working with leadership and senor stakeholders to track performance data and conversions, and generate statistics to update on effectiveness of recruitment . This role will take responsibility for the whole recruitment process, from selecting applications, conducting interviews to offers. The role will also assist with open days, insight schemes, skills sessions and access schemes throughout the year along with attending University events and firm socials.
The firm is looking to meet with Early Careers candidates who have at least 3 years experience of working on high volume graduate careers processes within the professional service sector. You will have strong administrative experience and attention to detail, be adaptable and able to pick up new processes quickly along with Project and stakeholder management experience.
