An award-winning international law firm are seeking a Senior Graduate Recruitment & Development Manager to lead their collaborative team on a permanent basis.
About the Role
This is a broad role covering a range of areas including the management and development of the graduate recruitment program and leading on global graduate recruitment projects. Duties include:
Graduate recruitment – managing the recruitment of trainees across the firm including the strategy
Development – HR for trainees, managing seat allocation and appraisals
Project management – vacation schemes, brand development, process improvement
Attraction strategy – overall implementation of the graduate attraction piece
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a graduate recruitment role ideally within a law firm and experience in an international environment would be an asset. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and being able to multitask is essential.
