A leading firm with international reach and a fantastic culture are seeking a Senior Early Careers Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a 12 month contract basis.
About the Role
Working within the larger HR team, this role works across early careers matters including attraction and recruitment and will also include interesting project work
Duties include:
Managing attraction and selection strategies
Planning, logistics and coordination of campus events
Manage full graduate recruitment lifecycle including screening, interviewing and assessment centres
Act as first point of contact, liaising with fee earners and Partners
Manage relationships with universities and external partners
Collaborate with wider team on EDI projects
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in graduate recruitment, ideally within a law firm or wider professional services and have excellent relationship building skills. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude are essential.
