A leading international law firm with a strong reputation and supportive culture are looking for a Recruitment Assistant on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Working as part of the wider HR team, the role will support on end-to-end recruitment coordination for fee earning recruitment hires. Responsibilities include:
Interview coordination and taking feedback
Coordinating onboarding both locally and internationally
Managing relationships with partners and stakeholders and key external agencies
Acting as first point of contact
Keeping systems up to date
Market mapping
Process invoices
Collate data to analyse for diversity, equality and inclusion
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a professional services environment. Previous in-house or agency recruitment experience is ideal and excellent interpersonal skills. This role will suit a self-starter with a proven ability to manage administration.
