An award winning international law firm are looking to hire a Compensation Advisor to join the team and work closely with the business on a global basis to deliver the reward strategy and compensation programs.
About the Role
Reporting into the Global Director of Compensation, the role will entail:
Oversee global compensation programs
Prepare annual salary surveys and manage data
Data benchmarking
Coordinate salary increases and bonus adjustments
Act as a first point of contact for compensation queries
Prepare reports and metrics for analysis
Manage internal and external stakeholders
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience of end to end compensation cycles, advanced Excel skills (including vlookups, formulas and pivot tables) and worked within a partnership or financial services environment. Experience of Mercer is highly advantageous.
