An award winning international law firm are looking to hire a Compensation Manager to join the team and work closely with the business on a global basis to deliver the compensation strategy and programs.
About the Role
Reporting into the Global Director of Compensation, the role will entail:
Oversee global compensation programs
Prepare annual salary surveys and manage data
Data benchmarking
Advise on salary increases and bonus adjustments
Act as a first point of contact for compensation queries
Prepare reports and metrics for analysis and presentation to leadership
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience of end to end compensation cycles and worked within a global partnership or professional services environment. Advanced compensation analysis skills, including strong Excel skills, are required. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with leadership and take on interesting projects.
