About the Role Part of the wider HR team, the role reports into the Head of HR, with full responsibility for HR administration and projects. This includes:  Working across the full employee lifecycle (starters/leavers) Assisting across graduate recruitment and lateral recruitment Coordinating learning and development matters Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries Organising inductions Overseeing payroll and benefits administration Maintaining the HR database Supporting with projects Job Requirements You will have some previous administration experience in HR and have preferably worked in a law firm or professional services environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administration and is looking to take ownership across the full range of generalist processes. You will be highly organised, happy with working with systems, have a can do attitude and strong attention to detail.
