An award winning and growing law firm are looking to hire a Benefits Manager to work closely with the business to deliver the benefits offering.
About the Role
The role will entail:
- Manage and administer London benefit programmes
- Work with the Head of Benefits & Reward to design and implement the firm’s benefit strategy
- Propose new innovative benefit packages
- Support employees with benefit queries
- Liaise with third party providers
- Support with wellbeing
- Produce monthly reports
- Manage relationships with stakeholders
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience of managing flexible benefits, salary sacrifice and platform renewals. Experience of Benefex is highly advantageous.
