About the Role
The role will entail:
Act as the first point of contact on benefit queries and provide advice on various programs
Manage the benefits platform, including managing reports
Utilise data analytics to enhance offering
Manage relationships with third party vendors
Salary and benefit benchmarking
Support with annual benefits renewal process
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience of working with benefits in either a HR or specialist role. Strong attention to detail and experience with working with vendors is required.
