A boutique reputable professional services firm are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Assistant to join on a 6 month fixed term contract.
About the Role
Part of the wider HR team, the role works alongside a Manager, with full responsibility for benefits administration and compensation support. This includes:
Deal with benefit queries
Support with salary and bonus reviews
Liaise with benefits/pension providers
Maintain database and benefits portal
Manage pension memberships
Create reports and manage metrics
You will have solid previous HR administration experience and have worked in the private sector. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers and benefits administration and is looking to take ownership. You will be highly organised, happy with working with systems, have a can do attitude and strong attention to detail.
