An award winning international law firm are looking to hire a Compensation & Benefits Manager to manage compensation internationally and work closely with the business on a global basis to deliver the reward strategy.
About the Role
The role will entail:
Manage global compensation programmes
Provide salary surveys and benchmarking
Align job descriptions and role outlines
Develop policies and procedures relating to compensation
Manage administration of salary and bonus increases
Liaise with third party providers
Produce monthly reports
Oversee audit between compensation, HRIS and payroll
Manage relationships with stakeholders
The successful candidate will have experience of end to end reward cycles internationally and within a professional services firm. Advanced Excel is essential and experience of Towers Watson is highly advantageous.
