An award winning and innovative global law firm are looking for a Diversity, Inclusion and Corporate Responsibility Specialist to join the team.
About the Role
Working as part of the wider HR team, this is a role offering lots of scope for development and breadth, spearheading the coordination of CSR and Inclusion programmes for the firm. Responsibilities include:
Coordination of volunteering, mentoring and work experience programmes
Acting as a first point of contact
Manage internal and external relationships with committees, key stakeholders and networks.
Organise and oversee employee networks
Coordinate and report on pro bono work
Oversee relationships with charities and volunteering activities
Build presence with marketing communications
Review policies and procedures
Analyse and report on data
You will have some previous experience within corporate responsibility and/or diversity and inclusion within a professional or financial services environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and to get lots of experience and exposure. You will be highly organised, self motivated, confident with Microsoft and have strong attention to detail.
