An award winning law firm is seeking to hire a Diversity & Inclusion Advisor on a permanent basis (4 days/week) to work as part of the larger HR team.
About the Role
This is a broad role offering scope to manage an array of projects as well as lead the focus on wellbeing matters. Duties include:
Act as the key contact for D&I projects and programmes
Supporting on the development of strategic HR projects
Support and oversee internal networks
Managing relationships with internal/external stakeholders
Manage benchmarking and communications
Advise on processes and procedures and action plans
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a diversity and inclusion or wellbeing role and have expertise in mental health, preferably from working in a law firm or professional services. Strong communication skills and being able to multitask is essential.
