An award winning law firm are looking to hire a Diversity & Inclusion Analyst to work closely with the business on a global basis, analyse data and deliver on projects using business intelligence tools.
About the Role
The role will entail:
Review and analyse data
Provide insights on trends
Develop dashboards to track and monitor data
Design, build and deliver reports and scorecards
Present metrics and alternative tools
Design and deliver training on systems
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across HR
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience of analysing data and metrics and have a strong interest in diversity and inclusion. Experience of working in professional services is highly advantageous.
