An award-winning leading international law firm are seeking an Early Careers Recruitment Manager to join their collaborative team on a contract basis.
About the Role
This is a broad role covering a range of areas including the management and development of the graduate recruitment program and involvement in global graduate recruitment projects. Working closing with the Head of Recruitment, duties include:
Early careers – managing the recruitment of trainees across the firm including the strategy and managing relationships with universities
Attraction strategy – overall implementation of the graduate attraction piece
Team management
Apprenticeship strategy
Marketing & branding
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in early careers ideally within a law firm and experience in an international environment would be an asset. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and being able to multitask is essential.
