An award winning global law firm with a great reputation are looking for a Graduate Recruitment & Development Coordinator on a 6 month FTC.
About the Role
Working as part of the wider recruitment team, this is a broad role that will offer excellent exposure to both graduate recruitment and training matters. Responsibilities include:
- Screen applications for vacation schemes
- Facilitate interviews and assessment centres
- Coordinate skills training
- Liaise with future trainees and manage inductions
- Assist with feedback and appraisals
- Represent firm at law fairs and other marketing events
- Assist with data reporting
Job Requirements
You will have previous exposure to graduate recruitment in a professional services environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and develop in a client facing role. You will be highly organised, adaptable, and have strong attention to detail.
