A leading international law firm are seeking a Graduate Recruitment & Development Manager on a permanent basis.

Graduate recruitment – managing the recruitment of trainees across the firm including designing and managing assessment centres, and fostering relationships with universities
Attraction strategy – collaborating with marketing team to develop strategy in-line with firm branding, managing relationships with external contacts, overseeing and attending career fairs
Training and development – managing inductions, seat allocations, and appraisals
You will have previous experience of working in a graduate recruitment role within a professional services environment and a global outlook. The ideal candidate will have strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and a proven ability generate buy-in and implement change.
