A leading international law firm are seeking a Graduate Recruitment & Development Manager on a 12 month FTC.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity to take on a management role covering graduate recruitment functions across EMEA. Duties include:
Graduate recruitment – managing the recruitment of trainees across the firm including the strategy and managing relationships with universities
Attraction strategy – collaborating with marketing team to develop an attraction strategy which aligns with firm branding
Designing and managing assessment centres
Training and development – managing inductions, seat allocations, and appraisals
You will have previous experience of working in a graduate recruitment role within a law firm and, ideally, prior experience with an international organization. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and a proven ability to build positive relationships are essential.
