My client a boutique professional services firm are looking for a Head of HR on a 12 month fixed term contract. They are award winning, leaders in their field and have a supportive environment.
About the Role
Managing the function and HR team, this is a great opportunity to work closely with the Managing Partner and drive the people strategy forward. Responsibilities will include:
Delivering the HR and people strategy
Partake and present to the Partner committee on a regular basis
Line manage a team
Effectively manage employee relations
Oversee performance and salary/bonus rounds
Drive forward projects
You will have solid generalist experience within a partnership environment and within a small business. Experience of leading a HR function is a must and strong leadership and management skills. Exposure to working with senior management and being able to influence change is crucial.
