A top global law firm with an international reach and well-established HR function are seeking an HR Advisor to join the team on a 12 month FTC.
About the Role
Working closely alongside the HRBPs and as part of the wider HR generalist team, this is a full generalist role offering support to a fee earning area of the business. Responsibilities include:
Managing employee relations (sickness/absence)
Leading on routine ER cases and supporting on more complex matters
Manage probation reviews
Overseeing new joiners/exit interviews
HR reporting and providing analytics for the Partners/Board
Advising on salary review process
Arrange coaching and oversee learning & development needs
Assisting HRBPs with strategic projects
You will have previous HR experience at advisory level and have worked in the private sector, preferably professional services and CIPD qualified. This is a rare opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and develop in a client facing role.
