A market leading law firm with a fantastic culture are looking for a HR Advisor to join the team on an initial 12 month FTC.
About the Role
This is a full generalist role with alignment to both fee earning and business services groups. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain broad experience in a business partnering model. Responsibilities include:
Performance management and coaching line managers
Managing employee relations (sickness/absence)
Advise on policies and procedures
Manage probation reviews
Overseeing new joiners/exit interviews
HR reporting and providing analytics
Advising on salary review process
Supporting with resourcing
Managing projects
Job Requirements
You will have previous HR experience at advisory level and have worked in the private sector, preferably professional services, and CIPD qualified. This is a rare opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and develop in a supportive team.
