A leading international law firm with a strong reputation, are looking for a new HR Advisor on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Working as part of the wider HR generalist team, this is a full generalist role offering support to the entire office. Responsibilities include:
Managing employee relations
Performance management and coaching line managers
Advising on policies and procedures
End to end recruitment
Coordinating training
Overseeing payroll locally and in some international offices
Coordinating salary review process
Pension and benefits management
Visa and immigration coordination
HR reporting and managing the HRIS projects
Job Requirements
You will have previous HR advisory experience and have worked in a law firm or professional services. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and fast track into a HR Management role. CIPD qualification is desirable. You will be highly organised, happy with working with systems and have strong attention to detail.
