About the Role
Working with senior stakeholders across the business as part of the wider HR team, this is a full generalist role that will include interesting project work. Responsibilities include:
Performance management and coaching line managers
Managing employee relations (sickness/absence)
Supporting on resourcing and development matters
Manage probation reviews
Overseeing new joiners/exit interviews
Advising on salary review process
Supporting on diversity and wellbeing matters
Job Requirements
You will have previous HR experience at advisory level and have worked in a law firm or professional services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop in a broad generalist role within a well-established and collegial team.
