About the Role
Working as part of the wider HR team, this is a full generalist role offering support to the business services and trainee population. Responsibilities include:
Supporting with performance
Overseeing employee relations
Manage employee lifecycle including inductions
Absence management
Coaching line managers
End to end recruitment
Assist with the salary, bonus and benefits review process
Monitoring career development, qualification and seat rotations
Managing projects and working with specialist teams
Job Requirements
You will have previous HR advisory experience and have worked in professional services. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and develop in a client facing role. You will be highly organised, happy with working with systems and have strong attention to detail.
