An innovative international professional services firm are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team on a 14 month contract.
About the Role
Working as part of the wider HR team, this is a full generalist role offering support to the business with a particular focus on ER and projects. Responsibilities include:
Advising on policies and procedures
Managing employee relations across performance, absence, disciplinaries and grievances
Coaching line managers
Managing exit interviews
HR reporting and keeping the HRIS up to date
Coordinating salary review process
You will have previous HR advisory experience, including strong employee relations and have worked in professional services. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to build upon their HR experience and take ownership in a client facing role. You will be client facing, collaborative, happy working with systems and have strong attention to detail.
