An award winning global law firm, with a great reputation are looking for a HR Advisor to look after the trainee population on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Working as part of the wider HR generalist team, this is a mixed generalist and development role offering support to the trainees. Responsibilities include:
Managing employee relations
Reviewing seat rotations
Performance management and coaching
Coordinate skills training
Monitor SRA regulations
Liaise with future trainees and manage inductions
Assist with international mobility
Support with vacation schemes and law fairs
Job Requirements
You will have previous HR advisory and development experience supporting graduates and have worked in professional services, preferably within a law firm. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and develop in a client facing role. You will be highly organised, happy with working with systems and have strong attention to detail.
