A forward thinking international law firm are looking for a new HR Assistant to join on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Part of a small HR team, the role works alongside the Head of HR, with full responsibility for HR administration as well as exposure to more senior level generalist duties. This includes:
Employee lifecycle (starters/leavers)
Recruitment end to end
Assist with ER
Managing the HR inbox
Absence management
Assisting with reviews of policies and procedures
Assist with payroll and benefits
Support with projects
Job Requirements
You will have previous HR administration experience and have worked in professional services. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and progress quickly. You will be highly organised, happy with working senior stakeholders, have a can do attitude and strong attention to detail.
