A leading specialist law firm, with a strong presence in the media space are looking for a HR Assistant on an initial 12 month fixed term contract basis.
About the Role
Working as part of the HR team and alongside two others in HR, this is a full generalist role offering support to the entire business. Responsibilities include:
Managing starers/leavers
Conducting inductions
Absence management
Supporting on employee relations
Recruitment end to end
HR reporting and maintaining the HR database
Coordinating salary review process
Oversee payroll and benefits
Update policies and procedures
Managing projects
Job Requirements
You will have previous HR experience and have worked in the private sector. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and progress. You will be highly organised, happy with working with systems and have strong attention to detail.
