Our client is a niche management consultancy, looking to hire a HR Associate on a permanent basis. You will be joining a collegial team and will support across the full range of HR generalist matters.
About the Role
This role works as part of a tightly-knit team with full responsibility for HR administration. This includes:
Managing HR inboxes and acting as first point of contact for clients
Assisting with all aspects of employee lifecycle (starters, leavers, benefits and payroll matters)
Supporting with recruitment matters including managing external agencies
Maintaining the HR database + reporting
Assisting with reviews of policies and procedures
Support with projects
Job Requirements
You will be educated to degree level and have a demonstrated interest in a career in HR and prior admin experience. You will be a highly organised self-started with strong attention to detail.
