A leading international firm with a fantastic culture are looking for a HR Data Analyst to join the team on a contract basis for at least 12 months.
About the Role
Working across the global HR team, you will be responsible for people reporting an analytics while also working closely with the finance and data teams. Responsibilities include:
Developing reporting and forecasting tools, including reporting on D&I metrics
Providing guidance on best practices and assisting with training
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring accuracy of data in system and escalating issues as appropriate
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience maintaining a people related database and, ideally, prior experience with a resource management system and Microsoft SQL. You will be a self-starter with a strong understanding of data privacy regulations and excellent attention to detail.
