A leading professional services firm are looking for a HR Manager to join in a newly created role for their team. An international firm, they are looking to build on their presence and award winning areas.
About the Role
Supporting the UK population, the role will manage a small team and operate as a true business partnering role supporting both fee earning and business services groups. Responsibilities will include:
Coaching managers and Partners
Manage performance and salary review process
Building and running reports/metrics
Redefining policies and procedures
Projects including talent management
You will preferably be CIPD qualified and have previous experience of working in a standalone role within professional services. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and process improvement is essential. This is a great opportunity to help to create a HR function with your own mark.
